In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit.
If rain is expected overnight please DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead you can pull the blower off and put it under the porch, and we’ll just deal with the flooded unit.
Absolutely! We carry a 1 million dollar General Liability Insurance Policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from us are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.

Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may arrive as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the event location. The latest we will arrive may be exactly or a few minutes before your reserved time . Please note that your setup is included in that window.
* In the case of any unforeseen events such as traffic, GPS signal, etc. please give the driver a 5 – 15 minutes window. We guarantee that you will receive the full amount of time you paid for. Also keep in mind that we do not always get back right when your event is over. You are not required to wait, if you need to leave you can unplug the blower and do so.
*If it is a water unit, please leave the blower on and the unit up so that we can drain it properly.
Our standard rental period is typically 6 hours, giving you and your guests plenty of time to enjoy the fun and excitement of our inflatables and party rentals. However, we understand that every event is unique, so we offer flexible rental options to suit your needs.
If you need more time, we also provide extended rental periods, including our Overnight Rental option, which allows you to keep the equipment for the entire day at a small additional cost. We aim to accommodate your schedule as best as possible to ensure your event is a success.
Let us know your specific requirements, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the time you need for an unforgettable event!
We understand that sometimes the party lasts longer than planned, which is why we offer a Overnight Rental option for added flexibility. Instead of the standard 6-hour rental block, you can keep the inflatable for the entire day, allowing your guests more time to enjoy the fun. Our team will return the following day to retrieve the equipment.
Important Details:
- Inflatable Preparation: We ask that you have the inflatable set up and fully inflated when we arrive for pickup. This helps to shed any water and allows the unit to drain properly before our team reclaims it.
- Pickup Time: Please note that the Overnight Rental is not a 24-hour rental. Your rental items will still be available for other customers the following day, so we may arrive as early as 7:00 AM to collect them. We will make prior arrangements with you regarding the exact pickup time.
Enjoy the convenience of extended rental time at a small cost, and rest assured that our team will handle the rest!
920 Bounce Adventure reserves the right to cancel a reservation at no penalty to you if there is a storm with heavy rain or winds over 20 mph. Safety for your children and guests, and the operation of our units is our first concern, however once the unit is delivered, there are no refunds due to bad weather. If we canceled your event due to inclement weather, we will issue a raincheck that is valid for 1 year from the original reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
If there is rain in the forecast or inclement weather and YOU cancel within 24 hours of your delivery time, we will reschedule your event or issue a raincheck valid for 1 year. There are no refunds. Cancellations must be within that time frame or rescheduling will be forfeited.
Our bouncers must be within 50 – 100 foot reach of a dedicated 15 amp circuit and two separate outlets for the larger units. Once the bouncer is completely inflated, it takes about as much electricity to run as a fan. As stated, the larger units which requires 2 blowers also requires two separate outlets that are not on the same breaker. If you do not have electricity available, we have generators available for an extra charge.
Currently, we are still offering free local delivery and setup within 10 miles from our warehouse. There is a delivery fee for any distance over 10 miles. Delivery fees are based on your address and is automatically generated during booking. We cannot tell you how much delivery fees are without putting in your information.
All of our inflatables and equipment are cleaned, disinfected and serviced before and after each rental. We want you to be comfortable in knowing that you are providing your family and guests with fresh and hygienic rental products.
All deposits are non-refundable. You will be able to apply your deposit to a future event. If weather related, read our weather policy above.
The best surface is level ground and on grass. However, any flat surface will work. Concrete, asphalt, parking lots, etc are most common. We prefer not to set up on sand because the bouncer gets full of sand. Let us know what type of surface you have for setup so we can be properly prepared. Please make sure that there are no underground sprinklers, buried telephone cables, electrical lines at the perimeter of the bounce site. Let us know at time of booking what type of surface we will be setting up on. There will be a sandbag fee for any setup that does not require stakes.
You can power the inflatable on and off pretty much as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for cake and ice cream, leave it on. If they are going to be off for 30+ minutes you can unplug the blower.
When they want to play again, just plug it back in!
Please DO NOT leave the unit running all night long.
The first thing we like to tell people is.. “Measure”. Make sure you know where you want your inflatable, and make sure there is enough room. Also, make sure your outside plug is working. That means.. plug something in and test it! We need electricity within 50-100 feet minimum. The second thing is, mow your lawn the day before, not the same day or the morning of set up. It will help keep the bounce house clean for your kids’ enjoyment. Also, if you have a dog, please clean the yard of any waste before we come. It will help to keep odors away while your kids are jumping, and will prevent any soiling of our units. If you have a waterslide rental, don’t water your lawn for a few days before your party. Waterslides use a lot of water, and if your grass needs it, it will absorb it a lot better if it is dry.
As soon as possible! Our reservations are based on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you contact us the better. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If there’s availability, you can book as late as the day before your event and sometimes the day of, but there may not be a huge selection left. There is a $25 inconvenience fee for same day bookings.
It is imperative that someone at least 18 years of age will be on site to;
- Pay remaining balance if there is any.
- Go over location of set up, outlets, and water connection if renting a water unit.
- Answer any questions/concerns you may have for us.
We are usually very busy on the weekends and to make sure we do not arrive late to our next paying customer, we will only wait 15 minutes. Sorry, no exceptions. If no one is at home or on site when we arrive after 15 minutes, the Driver will have to leave. There will be no refunds or rainchecks in the event that this happens. We will try our best to make it back for your setup, but we cannot promise.
As the Renter, you must assign a responsible adult (over the age of 18) to supervise the children while the bounce is in use. The assigned adult must know all of the safety rules and ensure that the rules are being enforced. You as the Renter are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of our equipment. There is a rental agreement that must be signed by the renter prior to the start of the event. A credit card is required to be on file in case of damage to our equipment during the event and will be needed during the time of booking.
Unfortunately, yes. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occur due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, jumping with shoes and sharp objects on clothing, bubble gum, fireworks etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety and liability rules so that you can be the trained operator.
